In order to meet the varying needs of your business worldwide, across industries and across time zones, Viewlocity Technologies provide you with three different support options:

Option 1: BusinessView

BusinessView provides access to Viewlocity Technologies' team of support professionals for problem solving assistance during normal business hours (8:30am to 5:30pm, customer's local time), Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays).

In addition you will also have access to the following:
   •   Online access, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to the Viewlocity Technologies' Support Portal in order to log and track support cases.
   •   Product updates including patches, and new releases.
   •   Product documentation including online manuals, product bulletins and release notes.

BusinessView is designed for the customer whose business requires the security and reassurance of knowing that a Viewlocity Technologies solutions expert is available for assistance during the critical hours of the business day.

Option 2: ExtendedView

In addition to the offerings provided in BusinessView, ExtendedView offers you access to Viewlocity Technologies' support team 24 hours per day, Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays).

ExtendedView is designed for customers whose business critical systems require support availability day and night during a normal business week.

Option 3: PremierView

In addition to the offerings provided in BusinessView, PremierView is designed for our customers with the highest degree of complexity and whose systems run mission critical applications 24 hours per day, 365 days per year. With PremierView, your business has the highest level of support available.
